They chose a sunny, celebratory color palette of white, peach, and marigold that mimicked the sunset in the background of their ceremony. Low-laying whimsical florals by I AM FLOWER surrounded the couple and lined the mirrored aisle that reflected the sky above.
The gentlemen sipped whisky as they prepped for the big day while the ladies toasted with champagne in the bridal suite. Khin Lay and her bridesmaids lounged in satin lace-trimmed robes while the hair and makeup team worked their magic.
The groom wore a classic black tuxedo while his groomsmen rocked relaxed tan linen suits. Khin Lay leaned into the goddess vibes with a celestial beaded tulle cape gown. Bringing in the light green of the color palette, the bridesmaids wore a selection of mix-and-match satin dresses.
They chose Sri Panwa for their wedding venue due to its panoramic view, and they wanted the flowers along the walkway to complement this, using a mirrored walkway to enhance the reflection. They didn't want a flower arch blocking the view, so they opted for low-lying branches from the ground. The wedding turned out to be pure magic, with a rainbow appearing during their vows. The party lasted all night, filled with endless laughter, joy, and unforgettable memories shared with their closest friends and family—a truly fun celebration.
After the sunset ceremony, guests made their way indoors for dinner. The table was set with loose organic floral arrangements that brought in the same colors and textures from the ceremony. Escort cards doubled as decor in the form of adorable potted plants and table numbers were displayed in beautiful glass cloches.
To carry their theme through the night, their dancefloor was mirrored as well and reflected thousands of twinkling lights that hung above and mimicked the starlight. The happy couple danced the night away and celebrated with a spectacular firework send-off.
