After postponing their 2020 destination wedding plans due to COVID, Linda and Patrick planned a spectacular and long-awaited wedding in Phuket, Thailand. Linda is originally from Canada (where she started her swimwear brand IVY Swimwear) but moved to be with her true love, Patrick, to New York. Their long distance love story culminated in a luxurious, upscale island wedding in Phuket with dazzling details you won't wan't to miss!

Getting ready at a luxury Thai resort
The gorgeous bride got ready with her girls at the stunning Sri Panwa Hotel. From the event designer ME Events Phuket:
"This couple got engaged before the COVID pandemic. Because of this they rescheduled their wedding and waited over 2 years to finally celebrate their wedding day in Phuket, Thailand. This island holds a special place in their heart so they never once thought to change the location. They had 70 of their closest friends and family fly across the country to join them for this special day."
"The bride wore two beautiful dresses on her wedding day. They were both designed by Australian designer Leah DaGloria. Walking down the aisle she wore a custom designed off shoulder sheer gown with a long romantic train. For the reception she wore the Margot Gown from Boheme Collection."
Tropical panoramic island ceremony
The bride had a gorgeous vision for a luxurious ceremony: a modern & elegant ceremony with a mirrors, acrylic details, and cascading floral design! The ceremony was long-awaited and well worth the breathtaking views of Phuket, Thailand.

The awe-inspiring reception featured sweeping florals by IAMFLOWER, and design and rentals by ME Events Phuket (sister company ME props Phuket).
"Romance was in the air! We incorporated a mirror table topper to add elegance and elevate the tablescape. There were many candles and tea lights floating in water vases, which reflected on the mirror beautifully, for added ambience. Large floral vases were filled with white and peach colour flowers - it was a very timeless colour palette. This tablescape was all about creating an intimate and dreamy mood." - ME Events Phuket
