The wedding ceremony was held at First Congregational Church in Nantucket.  It's a beautifully restored historic sanctuary, with high arching windows, long center aisle, magnificent organ, and beautiful grounds.  Located high on Beacon Hill overlooking the town of Nantucket.

Vintage Getaway Car

Highland Drivers drove Bess and Ben to the wedding reception in a dark blue 1930 Chrysler. Complete with a wreath in the spare tire. It really did give their wedding that extra special touch, and made for many memorable photos.

Nantucket Wedding Venue

In 1899, if the Siasconset summer crowd wanted to hold a dance or stage a musical they had to use the railroad station just over the bluff on Low Beach. Organizers decorated the station with Japanese lanterns. Tired of squeezing into the small railroad station, a group of 'Sconseters formed the Siasconset Casino Association that year and raised $3,000 to build a "Hall of Amusement" on New Street.
Despite its grand name, the building which was designed by architect John Coffins, was to be of a simple design that provided a large main room with a stage and several small antechambers for set-building, dressing rooms, and smoking. Two clay tennis courts were planned for the backyard. Now a historical landmark and the ideal place for your Nantucket wedding - The Sconset Casino.
