Love was in the air at this dreamy boho chic wedding that took place at a private estate in Santa Clarita, California. Michelle and Matt’s dreamy day was filled with so many swoon-worthy details, but we’re especially smitten over the brides jaw-dropping Anna Campbell dress!
Believe us, you won’t want to miss this gorgeous day captured by Ashley Burns Photography. Be sure to visit the full gallery here for an up close look at the entire day and be sure to save (and pin!) your favorite ideas for later.
From Ashley Burns Photography: This was a bohemian, eclectic, and romantic backyard wedding which included beautiful florals, white birch arch, dream catchers, bright and rich accent colors, tambourine party favors, candlelit tables, and tons of foliage.
A lot of the details were created by Michelle and her mom, which made the process of planning even more sentimental. Michelle and Matt, with their daughter Layla, had 90 of their closest family and friends to share in on their love and special day. This beautiful couple have infectious smiles and even better hearts - something everyone surrounding them could validate.
From the bride: Matt and I both were beyond happy with our photographer, Ashley Burns! The photographer is such a key person on your wedding day and we really lucked out with hiring Ashley. We love her photography style! She kept us so organized with our time schedule and really made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, which is huge when capturing such intimate moments. We also recommend a hiring a videographer. You WILL want to see everything both of them capture and you will appreciate hiring people you connect with.
Our GORGEOUS wedding cake was literally served off of the grass. Seconds after Matt and I did the Cake cutting and toast our cake slid off the table and somewhat stayed in tact! I think Matt and probably some of the guests were a little nervous as to how I was about to react but I could not help but laugh. So I guess another tip of advice for brides and grooms, don’t sweat the small stuff. Something will go wrong, but just remember that this is your day and you get to marry your best friend. Yes, we still served our red velvet cake and it was just as amazing!
