From Shelly Anderson Photography: When Matt saw Emily walk down the aisle for the first time, he was so giddy, and she was beaming ear to ear. Every time I would see these two alone in a corner, they were simply gazing into each others eyes, hearts so full of love. I love how Emily tells the story of when Matt proposed to her. “When we came back to my apartment after a nice dinner at a Burmese restaurant, Matt had strewn flowers everywhere. He put together a slideshow of the last five years of the relationship, including some of our first flirtatious Gchat conversations from work. Then he played Wildflowers by Tom Petty (our first dance) and proposed!”
When you and your loved one both LOVE reading, you know books will be very present at your wedding! Everything from the lounge furniture to the escort cards had a library and book theme to them. Flowers were set on top of some of Emily and Matt’s favorite books as the center pieces to their reception tables, and guests found their seats with old-school library cards! Their wedding day fully represented both of their personalities perfectly.
If you love books as much as these two book worms do, then you have to check out this book themed wedding here for a few more page turning ideas!
