Wedding Planning Advice
Don’t splurge on all the aspects of the wedding. Instead, identify the things that are most important to you and allocate your budget accordingly. If you want your guests to focus on the experience, hire a great caterer, DJ, or a band. If your priority is the ceremony, focus your budget on the floral design and talk with your florist to see how to reuse them during the reception.
Hiring a professional wedding planner and day of coordinator will allow you to relax and enjoy the big day. It will also help your family and friends relax and feel free to enjoy the momentous day. Plus, if any unexpected things happen, a professional wedding planner will have the skills to resolve issues.
This wedding is a great inspiration for Wedding Chicks brides who are looking for a beautiful, simple and magical wedding ideas. You can indeed have a wedding that truly speaks to you as a couple, but doesn’t break the bank.
Wedding Centerpiece Ideas
While traditional lush centerpieces can be beautiful and eye catching, they can block guests’ views of each other and make conversation difficult. The couple therefore opted for small arrangements on the table, so that their guests could talk to each other comfortably. After the event, guests were encouraged to take the centerpieces home which allowed those beautiful flowers to be appreciated even longer.
First Dance Songs
The couple’s first dance was inspired by ”La La Land.” They were excited to learn this new skill together, and when the song ”Epilogue” by Justin Hurwitz started, all the guests were amazed by their first dance. It was truly one of most memorable moments of the day. Their musical choices are:
Processional: "Moon River" by Henry Mancini & “Wedding March” by Wagner
Recessional: ”Over the rainbow” by Israel Kamakawiwoʻole
First dance: ”Epilogue” by Justin Hurwitz
