Our next bride and groom wanted their wedding day to have a rustic yet elegant vibe. A day where everyone could come together, relax and bask in their love. As you will soon see they were totally successful.
Creating a day that is packed to the brim with steal worthy ideas, overflowing with wild floral arrangements, cowboy boots and DIY wedding projects. Including the amazing chandelier that was hand-crafted by the bride herself. Need we say more? Also, don't forget to check out the bridal shoot before this laid-back country wedding. The style and history of the Mill made it the perfect spot for our day. It has just the right rustic elegance that spoke to both of our personalities. Our ceremony was outside just before sunset & the reception was inside to keep our guests warm from a brisk November night.
Over the course of a year, I was able to plan every detail of this day. The decor, flowers, cakes, playlist, and even my dress alterations were done by me, my mom & bridesmaids. I hand wrote all of the signage, created the "love" marquee sign, and collected and arranged all of the centerpieces. However, I'm most proud of the wagon wheel mason jar chandelier I crafted. It was the perfect touch for our ceremony spot.
We so recommend hiring a videographer, we were fortunate enough to have one in the family! My uncle was able to capture all of the little moments that we missed or had forgotten about in the excitement and chaos of the day. I hadn't given much thought to a wedding video, but it has been so wonderful to be able to relive our day!
