James and Jodi, whom met and fell in love in high school, tied the knot at a beautiful private home in Truro on Cape Cod. The weather was stormy and romantic but luckily, without a drop of rain. The lovebirds wanted their guests to relish in the festivities and be in the moment, therefore cell phones and cameras were banned during both the ceremony and reception. Freshly shucked oysters, an awesome band, hip and cool guests from all over the world, and a plethora of pies made this a wedding to remember. The Table settings and pretty much all of the decor was DIY and mostly found in antique shops. Jodi's mother did the boutonnieres and wrist corsages and their family friend, who did the oysters, is a shell-fisherman in Cape Cod! James and Jodi wanted their wedding to be a private affair so having an unplugged wedding was of the upmost importance to them.
