The Healdsburg Country Gardens are the perfect combination of lush gardens, rolling vineyards, and rustic country. This private estate is in the heart of Sonoma and just a few miles from downtown Healdsburg. The incredible space transitions from day into evening with an effortless elegance.
What greets you as you walk through the rose-covered arches at the entrance of Healdsburg Country Gardens is Eden - a lush rose garden, dotted with flowers. The winding walkways take you through an aromatic stroll enjoying the fragrance of lavender, lilac, and creeping wisteria, the ancient Oak trees and towering Redwoods are perfectly complemented by a bubbling fountain and two aviaries - a tiny bit of heaven on earth.
Within this gorgeous garden, you have four distinct event spaces; a gorgeous green lawn with a magnificent Oak tree for ceremonies, the barn’s wraparound terrace for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a large lawn surrounded by trees and filled with umbrellas and tables for a reception, and an historic four-story redwood barn with vistas of the gardens and vineyards. The Healdsburg Country Gardens’ events are a celebration of family and love.
Rustic and chic aren’t two words that necessarily go together. However, this Healdsburg Country Garden wedding is the perfect marriage of casual rusticity and chic elegance.
A ceremony under a majestic Oak tree with vineyards in the background is the perfect place to say, “I do.” The simplistic design of the wood chairs and rose petal-lined aisles allow guests to focus on the vows without being distracted by extravagant décor.
I absolutely adore the red and white gingham touches throughout the reception - the red and white décor combined with the Garden’s country charm achieves perfection. The alfresco reception amongst the trees seems so effortless and natural. I love the simple umbrellas, whimsical linens, and lantern centerpieces surrounded by rose petals. The vintage dresser with windowpane detailing is the perfect spot for a white hydrangea bouquet and a cake or dessert buffet. The couple's choice of BBQ for their reception dinner is the perfect finishing touch for this country chic celebration. The four-story historic barn enhances this couple’s country chic design and is the perfect place to unwind and dance the night away amongst family and friends.
