If you are just mad about color, consider turning your passion for that particular hue into a personalized wedding theme - a bold and bright color for a wedding theme. This wedding is embellished with a profusion of vibrant, complimentary colors and synergistic details. We love it when a bride and groom are willing to take a few risks; however, this bride and groom did get a little coaxing. The wonderfully talented Jose Villa has done such an incredible job of making these photographs jump off the page, and the inspired design was the work of Alison Events.
The flower arrangements are simple, yet they make such a statement. The lush pinks, peaches, reds, and yellows look amazing against the buttercup table linen and we love how they have introduced eco-friendly elements through the bamboo inspired vases. Notice how the linen and vase almost blend together? This puts all the emphasis on the color of the flowers and makes them the star attraction.
We also love the escort cards. The design of the cards embraces the home spun feel that is seen throughout the event, but the display on the bed of pink carnations is classic and timeless. Check out the ring pillow, which is a great personal element, that is both colorful and the building blocks of style and color for the designer and the bride. Who would have thought you could conceptualize an entire wedding from a single element?
This color palette has so much going on - burnt oranges, yellow, and fuchsia in the flowers, pale butterscotch and crisp white linen for the tables, and you must take note of the groom's socks. We love the rainbow of green! This would be a wonderful theme and color palette to use at either Cornerstone Gardens, or possibly the Marin Art and Garden Center. Personally, we'd love to see it utilized at Barndiva.
