Your wedding date might have some influence over your wedding day style; But when that date just happens to be the day of Halloween, how do you pull together a fabulous event without the typical bats, witches and dancing skeletons? Anna Marie and David wanted to at least give a nod to the date but without that taking over entirely.

This was such a fun wedding! The stars aligned for Anna Marie & David to be married on October 31st. Not wanting an overt Halloween wedding, we struck a happy place by weaving in a few touches of magic throughout the reception.
A beautiful ceremony at a Greek Chapel in Calistoga, followed by the reception at a stunning private estate in Napa surrounded by vineyards and oak trees provided the backdrop. AnnaMarie’s favorite colors came together to create a brilliant and lush color palette of burgundies, teal, and plum.
Custom invitations found on Etsy included hand renderings of the reception site. We placed colorful feather masks at each chair for guests to wear for dancing. A sprinkling of fantastic costumes on the dance floor added to the celebration. The whole effect made for a beautiful wedding day with a magical dance party. The evening was capped with a surprise during the cake cutting, and a s’mores bar around fire pits.
