You do not have to be a Moroccan citizen to get married in Morocco. You'll need the following information to legally get married in Morocco.
• a copy of your birth certificate (both you and your spouse)
• a completed affidavit of nationality and eligibility to marry from the U.S. Consulate General in Casablanca
• valid U.S. passports (both you and your spouse)
• a statement of criminal record (or lack thereof)
• a divorce certificate (if applicable)
