Since our next bride Louise was a little girl, she always wanted to get married on the beach. She wanted to feel the sand between her toes, the wind in her hair, while she made promises to her future husband. She got her wish and married her love, Jano, at the Grootbos Nature Reserve.
Joined by friends and family on a white sandy beach with the sunset as their backdrop, it could not get any dreamier than this! You must see more photos of their wedding in the full gallery here. Beautifully photographed by Cape Town wedding photographers dna photographers .
From The Bride:Since I was a little girl, I always wanted to get married on the beach. With the sand between my toes and the wind in my hair, I wanted to make the promise to my future husband to be. Our day was exactly that, in the presence of God, with just a couple of close family and friends, Jano and I had our dream wedding on the beach. The weather was perfect (every other day that week the weather was cold and rainy in Cape Town), the day just exceeded our expectation!
After the ceremony, all the guests went up to the venue at Grootbos Nature Reserve, where they had drinks and watch the beautiful sunset, whilst we had our photo session. Our dinner was delicious and macaroons as the wedding cake added to the colourful evening. After we opened the dance floor, the party started.. with only 30 guests, we really had time to catch up with all the guests, which made our day truly special. The emotions in the photos speak of the happiness, laughter and love the day was when I married my Prince Charming!
