Before we get too far into this we have a bone to pick... how come bridesmaids get all the pampering? Well this wedding is here to show you that groomsmen deserve just as much of a royal treatment. So what better way to show your fellas that you appreciate them then taking them all out for a masculine version of a mani-pedi... a straight razor shave!
Located on Australia's Gold Coast, Mods and Rockers is an old school barber shop that prides itself on its "men's club" atmosphere and straight razor shaves that are "well worth experiencing at least once." Encapsulating the rawness and behavioral traits of the 50's through to the 70's, the owner, Lee, has dressed the place up to the nines. Four retro, fully reclinable chairs are lined up, ready to receive their next client.

After their well deserved grooming session at Mods and Rockers the men head to Ecostudio Fellini to get ready for the wedding. Did we forget to mention how gorgeous this venue is?! Nestled at the base of the Heritage Listed Springbrook National Park, Ecostudio Fellini is quickly becoming the choice de jour for elegant weddings set in the majestic Gold Coast hinterland.
It's Stunning five-acre grounds provide the idyllic backdrop with flourishing gardens to capture a subtle European influence amid the tranquillity of this unspoiled paradise. A lily pond complete with a sunken wooden boat, is located near the rustic footbridge which is lined with flowers, creating an elegant entrance for any bride. From Bird and Boy Photography:Alana and Paul's lovely wedding at Ecostudio Fellini was seriously the epitome of sweetness... the magical forests, the rustic hen house, and the green archways really complimented the love between Alana, Paul, and their daughter Lily.

We absolutely loved how Alana hid her bare feet under her chic gown... but really, who would know? We can't wait to go back to Ecostudio Fellini... it is like the perfect little Gold Coast hideaway. Plus, you have the amazing advantage of meeting the cute "afro chicken".
