From Audra Wrisley: Betty and Mark met through the University of Virginia, and while the couple lives in DC, Charlottesville was the perfect backdrop for their gorgeous wedding day. They fell in love with the mountainous Fall landscape at Verulam Farm, juxtaposed with the cozy barn for intimate dinner with their family and friends.
Betty and Mark's sage green and purple wildflower palette was perfectly accented by a tree-lined road of orange trees that the guests drove upon entering the Farm. Surrounded by their family and friends, Betty and Mark said their vows under the most beautiful tree in Charlottesville, Virginia.
From the bride: I'm not sure there's anything I would have done differently. I promise I really tried to think of something! But I can give you what I think was the thing I did "most right": hire a day-of coordinator. Our catering liaison was also our day-of coordinator, and she was the hero of the day!
