Mark and Tiffany win the award of the most signage used at a wedding. Their unique Nine. Ten. Eleven logo was used in every aspect of their wedding. This is what happens when two graphic designers get married and plan every aspect of their wedding themselves (and on a budget!).
The main venue was the Movie Colony Hotel in Palm Springs. They rented out the entire hotel and filled it with their own unique details and design. Mike Arick Photography did a stellar job of capturing all the details. You can see more details in the full wedding gallery by clicking here.
From the groom... I am a recently married man. My beautiful wife and I were married on 09.10.11 in Palm Springs and it was fantastic. Choosing Nine.Ten.Eleven. as we would refer to it, became the general theme for the event. The location choice - Palm Springs,CA - gave us inspiration for our bright yellow color palette and the wedding title “A Celebration in the Desert”.
We are both graphic designers so we created a bunch of fun stuff to go along with the ceremony and reception. A few things we created were waterjet cut invitations, custom screenprinted placemats along with balloons that were created for our photo room.
Continuing on with their theme, Mark and Tiffany had super cute signs before guests entered the wedding, a custom wedding runner, wedding flags and of course stylish wedding programs. We also loved that they offered guests water before sitting down for the ceremony. Palm Springs is hot and with a full night of cocktails ahead of them, so it is important to keep your guests hydrated.
