Gabe and Sarah were college sweethearts who met by happenstance when Sarah was looking for a specific professor's office. Fast forward to a wintery weekend in Leavenworth, Washington when Gabe dropped to one knee in the mountains as they walked the snow-laden trails through the quiet riverbank forest. Keep scrolling to see how their wedding day at Chateau Lill, captured by Wedding Photo House and planned with the help of Gian Events, came together to create a drop-dead gorgeous affair.
The bride ordered a wax seal stamp from Papira Design & Letterpress with both of their initials, as well as vow books with soft handmade paper and gold foil pressed lettering. The stamps were borrowed from Sarah's mother-in-law's beautiful stamp collection that she collected while living in Romania because Sarah wanted to also make sure to include something small in the flat lays to honor Gabe's family heritage. Karina from Papier & Design did an amazing job at creating a custom linen wedding banner that included the couple's wedding crest and a custom wedding venue illustration the bride had made of Chateau Lill.
Bride Sarah ordered a ring box from The Mrs. Box engraved with the custom wedding logo that Sarah designed. Her bridal jewelry was from Jennifer Behr, a luxury atelier based out of New York with a modern romantic look full of crystal and pearls in their bridal collection. One of the bride's robes was purchased from Voir Bride, a Ukrainian company. She loved the extravagant look of the handcrafted tulle and pearls, and had a second one for getting ready that included satin and feathers for a "Hollywood glam moment."
With the help of Shuler Studio, bride Sarah designed the couple's wedding crest that was shown on all of the invitations, the fabric welcome banner, and the ring box. She wanted to incorporate the couple's two initials, "S" and "G," with an emblem that had a formal garden-inspired look.
Bride Sarah planned the wedding in just 9 months with the help of the Gian team for day-of coordination and amazing vendors that brought the couple's ideas to life. The white florals with black and gold accents by Lebed Design were inspired by classical art and the natural elements of Chateau Lill's garden. The goal was to achieve an elegant and soft, yet formal and timeless look complete with unique detailing.
After the ceremony, Sarah and Gabe had a moment to themselves with no cameras and no one around. Right after they exited the ceremony, they went up to bridal suite and had a couple of moments for everything to sink in. It was serene moment for them finally being husband and wife.

In keeping with the groom’s culture, this wedding was alcohol-free and served specialty mocktails instead, which are all the rage right now! Delicious lavender lemonade and mango mules ensured that guests didn’t miss a thing in the cocktail department.
