Bride Jordan knew she wanted to get married at Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm from the moment she saw it online - so much so that she booked it sight unseen, for a date only 3 months away! When you know, you know! She then came to Harmony Creative Studio to help with the whirlwind turnaround and make her 'Modern Greenhouse' wedding dreams a reality!
Wanting to keep the wedding sophisticated and modern, Margaux at Harmony Creative Studio enlisted the help of some of her favorite vendors and even had a custom arch built to recall the couple's wedding invitations! Adding in elements of black with the arch, the paper goods, and grid signage helped keep a modern edge to the overall romantic and traditional celebration.
With her two sisters as bridesmaids in green silk Anthropologie dresses, her groom decked out in a classic black tux and arriving at the ceremony in a classic Mercedes convertible, Jordan was stunning in her sleek Lili Bridals gown. The personal ceremony was officiated by a close friend with an awe-inspiring view of the Santa Barbara coast.
The Italian feast started during cocktail hour with rustic, wood-fired pizza from Made In Italy Bistro and kept going with a family-style dinner from K'Syrah Catering. The main greenhouse was decked out in greenery and beautiful florals from new floral company Primrose + Petals, and rentals from Party Pleasers, including dreamy velvet linens from La Tavola.
The couple was surprised by their groomsmen with a live T-Rex during their speech (a long-standing inside joke) and their guests danced the nite away to DJ Aflex and had fine art portraits created on-site by Miles Hochhalter Lewis. Favorite donuts from Hook + Press bakery were brought in for dessert.
