From the bride: Whilst it's easy to sweat the small stuff before the big day - stationary, seating plans, weather, etc. try not to lose sight of the big picture. Great-looking stationary is a lovely touch, but it's not what people will compliment you on. Moving vows, delicious food and wine, a beautiful dress - that's what your guests will remember! And it's what will make your day too.
Think about comfort when planning your dress and shoes. I chose shoes with a low heel, which had me dancing til 2am - but my dress was a pain as there was no way to pin up the train. My bridesmaids ended up creating a bow with a hairband! Think about how your dress will work with your setting - I loved my layered tulle, but it did get very tangled with the twigs and leaves when we had our photos taken in the vines!
Take a moment with your husband to take it all in. Sneak away between courses to step back and just admire your wedding. Look at what you achieved, enjoy your guests having fun, just breathe it all in. It's over in a whirlwind, and it's easy for the moment to pass you by.
