Our next couple dreamed of a destination wedding where they could celebrate their love with family and friends. They chose the perfect romantic getaway at Chateau La Durantie, in Lanouaille, France. With a pink and white color palette, lovely details such as mismatched pink bridesmaid dresses and a unique croquembouche cake, the Chateau offered the perfect backdrop for their perfect day.

Friendly help

We are very fortunate to have such artistic and talented friends. They really helped make our vision of our wedding come to life. One of our friends is an artist and she designed our invitations, thank you notes, and the mini-maps. One of my bridesmaids is a make-up artist and another friend a hairdresser. It was amazing to have them get us all ready for the big day.

Destination France

We had always known that we wanted to have a destination wedding. When Joe and I traveled Europe together, we fell in love with France. So when we got engaged, it was easy to decide where we would travel to to have our dream wedding.

Chateau la Durantie

We wanted to have a wedding where in we could spend quality time with all of our closest family and friends. Aside from the fact that it was so beautiful, I was ecstatic when I found Chateau La Durantie as they were able to accommodate most of our guests. Because everyone had flown from either Canada, the US, or the Philippines, it was really important for us to make everyone comfortable.

Dream wedding

Our wedding was such an intimate, elegant, and romantic affair. The chateau was so stunning and we felt so much love around us that it felt, and still feels, like a dream.
