Our next bride wins bride of the year in our book! Not only did she plan her wedding in under 8 months she did it all while her fathers health was slipping. Our hearts go out to her and her family for their loss but we also have to say they sure know how to throw a party, and Autumn looked absolutely stunning on her wedding day!

From Lisa Silva Photography: Autumn planned her wedding fairly quickly. Dale proposed in September and the date was set for May 21 of the following year. Autumn's father had been fighting Aplastic Anemia for a really long time and she wanted to make sure he would be there to walk her down the aisle. In February, Mr. Baker's health took a turn for the worse and the family was told that he probably wouldn't make it until the wedding. It meant everything to Autumn for her father walk her down the aisle, so the family put together an intimate elopement and Autumn and Dale were legally married on February 13, 2016. I had already booked another wedding of my own that day or I would have been there, but I saw the photos and they were beautiful.
Autumn's bridesmaids were so beautiful too in their lavender and grey gowns from Bella Bridesmaids and Jenny Yoo. Dale looked very dapper and handsome in his grey suit and white shirt from Men's Wearhouse. He wore a jacket and his groomsmen wore vests and I loved the combination. They even managed to find baby Wyatt a matching suit from Nordstrom and he was adorable!
Since they had already had a ceremony when they eloped, Autumn and Dale shared a sweet first look and after posing for pictures, it was time to party!
May 21st was a beautiful northern Florida Spring day. Autumn and Dale chose to host the event at Autumn's parents' home in St. Augustine, Florida. The huge front yard with sprawling oak canopies set the scene for the perfect fairytale Spring wedding. The jasmine all over the property was in full bloom and the weather was perfect with blue skies and a soft breeze. The front lawn was transformed into a whimsical, romantic setting. The tables were a mix of smaller rounds and longer farm tables and draped in white linens. Candelabras, lanterns, and different sized vases filled with fresh flowers made beautiful centerpieces.
The dessert table had FIVE amazing cakes from Small Town Cake Shop. Uptown Scratch Kitchen set up in one of the property's covered areas and served a delicious dinner. Matt Blanchette kept the drinks flowing, including the couple's signature cocktails. Autumn's was a lavender rosemary mule and Dale chose a vodka with water and lime.
All of the candles and twinkling lights lit up the night. Autumn's brother, Sterling, danced with her for the father daughter dance and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. I think that one of the most special parts of the evening was when everyone sent light and love to their loved ones in heaven with white paper lanterns and lit up the night sky.
