Tom + Katie didn't let a heavy rainfall put a damper on their beautiful nuptials at the lovely Belle Meade Plantation in Nashville. Their stylish equestrian themed wedding is filled with swoon-worthy rustic details and rich fall hues of red and burnt orange. We just love fall weddings, and this equestrian burnt orange wedding is no exception! See what all the fuss is about by visiting the full gallery for more beautiful images from Brandon Chesbro.
From Brandon Chesbro: Katie is a veterinarian and Tom is in the race horse business, so the equestrian setting of historic Belle Meade Plantation was the perfect setting for their fall wedding. Heavy rains preceding the event forced the ceremony inside, but candlelight and their friends and family made for a warm and intimate atmosphere. The couple said their vows in front of the grand doorway into the carriage house, adorned with draping and greenery garlands.
The tables were decorated with crisp striped linens, lanterns, and floral arrangements in wooden compotes and cranberry and amber glass. A rope feature wall featuring a bay leaf wreath served as a backdrop to the head table.
From the bride: I wish I would have went for the videographer. At the time of making the decision I was so overwhelmed with how much money you're spending on one day (!) that I just couldn't spend anymore and all I could think of was how boring my parents video was. In hindsight, the extra $2000-3000 would have been worth it to capture some of the speeches live, etc. I'm so grateful to have the gorgeous photos that I have-- captured by the uber talented Brandon Chesbro!
