Carolyn and Kenneth’s big day was anything but dull and boring! Their dreamy vineyard wedding took place at the picturesque Villa De Amore in Temecula Wine Country in California and boy did it turn out stunning in shades of blush and gold.
From the gorgeous iron gate ceremony backdrop, to their insanely elegant sweetheart table, this is what wedding dreams are made of. Trust us, you'll want to check out the full gallery, because there are a lot more beautiful details to see from Kirsten Booth Photography.
From Kristen Booth Photography: Carolyn had dreams of a warm and romantic fairytale-esque wedding. She adorned her estate venue with whimsical touches of blush and gold. Some of their personal touches included the cake topper made by the maid of honor, their doggy daughter Chloie as the flower girl, and many DIY touches from the couple... including the master seating chart, welcome sign, menu, place cards and guest sign-in. It was a thoughtful and dreamy day!
From the bride: Try not to stress! Easier said than done, but we used the 80/20 rule to narrow in on items that would contribute to the desired outcome. Focus on the handful of things that are considered as "must-have" versus "nice-to-have". It is easy to fall into the trap of wanting every little detail as perfect as possible but your guests will ultimately remember the momentous occasion, ambiance and good company.
Honestly, we did not have a super strict budget because we've seen how stressed couples get when they are tied to a certain number. The thought was to save wherever we could and determine what was considered as reasonable spending. It goes back to the 80/20 rule where we focused on the big important items, and tried not to spend on small items that did not make a significant contribution to our celebration (i.e., party favors). Always remember: Every little thing adds up!
