Crystal and Joe come from Houston, Texas and got married in the heart of Europe. Their wedding took place in a castle (Schloss Prielau) in Zell am See in the Austrian Alps. It was one of the most beautiful and touching weddings I ever photographed.
Crystal's favorite two moments of the day was seeing Joe's face for the first time as she started down the rose petal filled aisle and the Austrian tradition of passing the wedding bands on a ribbon among our guests. For her, these two moments was filled with true love and pure joy and happiness.
And some advice from Crystal for future bride's:
"The best advice I can offer other brides is to enjoy the "unplanned" moments. Those that know Joe best, know he is not a "details" person. And when I tell people, especially women, that he planned most of our wedding their faces flood with pure shock and awe. But, if you a bride who is up for the adventure, it can truly be perfection. A destination wedding planned by the groom can ensure any bride focuses on the things that truly matter: a celebration of your love, family and good friends, and making memories that will last forever! I know our situation was quite unique but, it's the little unexpected moments and suprises that I will treasure for a lifetime. My husband truly gave me the most magical day of my life!"
