Sarah and Joe were joined by their closest friends, family and pets for their intimate wedding in the backyard of the Father of the Bride's home in Indiana. Vibrant shades of purple and green dominated the color palette and were accented by tones of gray. The outdoor ceremony was followed by a tent reception...with a helicopter ride in between!

From the Bride:We decided to hold the wedding and reception at my father's house in Fort Wayne, Indiana, which meant a lot to her - on top of her being the first girl in the family to be married. The inspiration for the theme was shabby chic, with hints of the Midwest. The main colors were purple, green, gray, and of course white. We wanted to show our guests a good time and a surprise, for many of them having to travel a distance - California, DC, Texas, and Florida, to name a few.
The ceremony was held outside in front of a large pond with a beautiful wooden Arbor that my father surprised us with, covered with beautiful flowers. We had our families take part in the ceremony, including our little pug, Otis, as the ring bearer.
