The spectacular blue and white linen throughout this inspirational shoot is known as Toile and it reminds us of luxurious fine china. A micro-wedding that captures the rustic grandeur of Two Wishes Ranch, inspired by the wild rolling meadows and the classic nature of the nearby polo fields. Tones of blue, shades of green, ochre, and golden ivory are surrounded by authentic Texas materials. Natural textures are layered alongside a fresh take on classic patterns to create a romantic ambiance full of laid back luxe.
The Bloom Bar suspended a lattice of lemon leaf greenery from the soaring barn ceilings and we designed one long grandiose table with silky draping at either end to draw the eye upward and celebrate the unique space. We selected matching toile napkins and linens with textured dinnerware and pops of yellow tonal flowers.
We included leather accents throughout the design from everything to escort cards to the stationery suite envelope as a nod to traditional Texas and equestrian elements. The beauty of the venue is it’s unique location and history with horses, so we knew we had to incorporate portraits with them. Cocktails in the courtyard with a cute airstream, a ceremony with the big sky of Texas had rain clouds rolling in, and a reception in the stunning barn at one long table.
The bride wore a floral embellished Marchesa Bridal gown with a plunging neckline and sculptural white leather flower earrings from Hushed Commotion. Her bridesmaid was in a dusty blue Jenny Yoo dress that had an amazing slit dress. The gentleman wore tan suits with brown leather accents.
