Ebony and Blake knew they wanted to be married by the Big Sur river in California. They wanted an intimate ceremony that included their very cute son Nile. They danced to Leon Bridges (we can only assume it was to River) Their wedding day was intimate, beautiful and truly meaningful. Flora Gibson was there to capture all details and Fleurs du Soleil created the romantic florals for this very special day at the Big Sur River Inn. Blake and Ebony wrote love letters to each other to each read before their first look. They decided on a simple ceremony that would include only them and their son, Nile. The couple celebrated with a cut cake and popping some champagne (the ultimate photo opp) and it was absolutely everything a big wedding is but small and meaningful.
Ebony wore a simple, but gorgeous sheath gown that fit her perfectly. Though she didn't share the designer, this is a similar sheath we love called the Estelle Gown by Jenny Yoo. Blake wore a tan linen suit similar to this one from The Black Tux. Nile was looking sharp in his white linen button up and tan pants.
Big Sur River Inn sits along the river with plenty of redwood chairs to enjoy dipping your toes in the water. It was established in 1934 and is situated under the redwoods and along the river.
Ebony and Blakes first date took place at Big Sur River Inn and holds a special place in their hearts. Ebony was very involved in the design of her bouquet along with Fleurs du soleil, it had beautiful orchids and roses draping down with her mothers locket hanging from the stem.
The newlyweds shared a beautiful cake shared between them and Nile, of course and frolicked in the river.
