Meghan and Austin's love story began in college, when they met and fell in love in Chicago and have been ever since (nearly a decade later!) Amidst the pandemic, Austin proposed in July 2020 after their Caribbean travel plans the month prior foiled his original proposal plan. Their timeless wedding day - complete with timeless floral design, beautiful sage green bridesmaid dresses, and just an all-around classic elegance - was held at Venue3Two, a 1920's vintage estate in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The bridesmaids donned button-down collared robes accompanied by cozy slippers. These robes seem to be the ultimate choice for those who work remotely, don't they? You may appear professional, but deep down, you're comfortably wrapped in your robe. While we're uncertain about the source of these adorable robes, we're all fully onboard with them.

A classic bridal look and sage bridesmaid dresses played into a timeless Fall style

The bride's wedding look was classic, featuring a Sarah Seven gown and pearl-adorned cathedral veil, as well as a handmade Hushed Commotion belt and Loeffler Randall Camellia heels. The groom opted for a navy and black tux from The Black Tux. The bridesmaids wore tulle gowns from Revelry in sage for a romantic, ethereal look, while the groomsmen wore navy tuxes also from The Black Tux.

Earth tones and metals helped create a twist on the traditional Fall color palette

The bride, Meghan, designed the wedding herself, with earth tones and mixed metals creating a non-traditional fall color palette. The florals were curated by a florist the bride met at a farmer's market in the groom's hometown, featuring creams, blushes, and pastels. The beautiful day included personalized, sentimental details that created an elegant atmosphere. They even used sterling silver Bride and Groom coupe glasses from the bride's parents' wedding during the reception.
