Tania and Matt met during their sophomore year of college, but at that time, they were both at different points in their lives. As you can see, however, everything ultimately worked out and not only have they been inseparable since reconnecting, but they've now been together since 2014 with Matt proposing in the fall of 2020! As soon as they got engaged, Tania created a wedding mood board full of natural tones, loads of white flowers, and simple, casual elegance. Her goal was intimate, yet joyful! Matteo Crescentini captured all of the moments throughout their wedding day that brought Tania's vision to life at Casale del Gallo. Tania and Matt have always loved classic, minimalist, clean and casual elegance. This love is why they created an entire day centered around clean lines and all-white details, including all-white flowers and even bridesmaid dresses! The bridesmaids chose from a number of different Dessy dresses (with the help of Alexandra's Boutique). Each dress was complemented by delicate, organic bouquets from Anthea Studio, and their black strappy sandals, chic up-dos, and mid-length dress choices helped to set them apart from the bride. The bride's elegant off-the-shoulder dress with a train, as well as her larger bouquet and natural hairstyling by Ruslana Regi helped create that unforgettable "center of attention" presence that every bride dreams of!
Suit Supply provided the chic, European style Tania and Matt were looking for pulling a stunning white suit jacket with a black bow tie for the groom and complementing black suit jackets with black ties for the groomsmen. Simple boutonnieres by Anthea Studio added that organic element to the already chic looks.
As a couple, a destination wedding was a top priority, as both Tania and Matt have loved traveling together to many places including Thailand, China, Colombia, Spain, the UK, Mexico, Italy, and Indonesia. Although the now live in Boston together, both of Tania's parents were born in Italy, and she grew up visiting the country every year. It held even more a special place in her heart after her father passed away suddenly in 2007. Matt's ties to Italy came from his first trips to Europe which included visits to Rome. As a couple, they agreed that Rome, and Casale del Gallo, in particular, would be a perfect meeting point for all of their friends and family travelling from the US and Italy to celebrate with them.
Bride Tania shared, "Italy is so beautiful that I love how not much more is needed to make a beautiful ambience - rather you just accentuate the natural beauty." Anthea Studio was able to do just that through centerpieces and bouquets that incorporated Tania's all-white thematic elements, while maintaining that organic feel that helped it blend into the countryside. Asymmetrical centerpiece design that had an air of effortlessly chic floral design created the perfect blend of European chic in conjunction with a natural, organic style.
