the theme
Van Anh is a concert pianist who, along with Mark, a DJ, forms a duo that travels the world to perform and live their musical dreams. In March 2023, they married in Hội An, Viet Nam, where Van Anh is originally from.
Leaning into the tropical setting, the couple opted for a fairly neutral color palette with pops of green and orange. We also love how Meraki Wedding Planner was able to weave their love of music throughout the wedding through fun details like the record invitation and tables named for some of the couple's favorite songs.

In their separate suites at Blush Beach Club Hoi An, the bride and groom prepped for the big day with their besties by their sides. We can't get enough of Van Anh's feather-trimmed satin pajama set!
the fashion
We can't get enough of the fashion from this wedding, it screams laid-back-luxe. Mark was a charming groom in his ivory linen suit paired with an unbuttoned shirt that matched the light blue of the sky above. His groomsmen wore a playful mix of linen separates including a few shorts and even a pinstripe look that we're honestly obsessed with. Van Anh wore a sculpted fit and flare strapless gown designed and made by her best friend, John JnG paired with a custom embroidered veil. Her bridesmaids wore timeless champagne satin mix-and-match dresses that tied everything together beautifully.

With the waves in the background kissing the shoreline, Mark waited for his bride framed by a towering floral alter created by Home Garden. The Monstera leaves and palm fronds paired with white orchids and calla lilies to bring in all those tropical vibes.

Since music is their love language, it only made sense for the bride and groom to serenade each other (and their guests) on their wedding night. And when these two were ready to dance the night away they had a whole lineup of international musicians that stepped up to take the mic. Can you even?!
