Deb & Pete’s Backyard Wedding: A Blended Family Celebration

Deb and Pete's wedding was about forming a new family as much as it was about two people getting married.  With the marriage of Deb and Pete, they became a tightly knit blended family of six - Deb, Pete and four beautiful children.  It was evident they had been through a lot together as a family already.  They had grown to know, love and care for each other in a very deep way.  I especially loved seeing the girls of the family prepare for the wedding.  It reminded me of the part in Cinderella when the little birds are fluttering around Cinderella helping her get all made-up and looking beautiful to meet the prince.  Deb's three girls excitedly surrounding Deb, ready to give her hugs, kisses, ease her nerves, laughter, jokes, apply her makeup, get in her dress or whatever else their mother needed to transform into that beautiful bride - it was just beautiful.
