Cuba came to stay in California for the day for Lindsay and Jonathan's wedding. This sweet couple wanted to honor the bride's roots as well as make the day feel modern and true to who they are. Post sponsors, Big Fake Wedding, did just that and oh so much more with an exceptional team of Orange County wedding vendors. You can find all the photos below as well as many more taken by Jenny Markham Photography, Becca Romero Creative, and Gin and July in our full gallery!
This bride honors her family tradition while mixing in more modern elements to make it feel like her own. Vendors infused staple Cuban details like arching palms, rattan, colorful wallpaper, and black and white checkered tile. They were told to not be afraid to layer bold patterns, as Havana tends to be a bit eclectic. The whole day was inspired by the ornate architecture and by the bright splashes of color you see walking down the street.
