2. Start by removing leaves and thorns from the stems, however, we will leave some near the top to keep a natural look. We also remove outside petals that may be damaged or unsightly. Lastly, trim each stem and cut at an angle with sharp stem cutters and place back into cold water.

3. We start with 2 or 3 main focal flowers and add foliage in a circle around the center, which helps lay the ground work to build the bouquet around.

4. Holding the bouquet of flowers in one hand, carefully and loosely add a single flower at a time, crossing the stems to fill the bouquet.

5. Once all of the flowers are arranged to satisfaction, secure the bouquet where the flowers curve naturally and the stems begin to cluster using floral tape. Depending on the style of bouquet, wrap the bouquet and hand-tie it.

6. Lastly we trim to bottom of the bouquet to make the stems even. If the bouquet is centered and balanced, it will most likely stand on it’s own. To keep the bouquet fresh, we place the bottom of the stems back in water until the bouquet is ready to be used.
