Amy & Michael’s Fall Wedding in Wicker Park, Chicago

The morning of Amy’s wedding I met her and a few of her close family members at the Conrad hotel. One of the first things I noticed was the huge bouquet of beautiful flowers that Michael had sent her the previous evening to tell her how elated he was to be her husband. I have to say that I wasn’t surprised by the sweet gift! Having gotten to know Amy and Michael over the past year has shown just how kind, thoughtful, and caring this couple is. It wasn’t long before we had to head off to Chicago’s historic Wicker Park neighborhood for their ceremony and with as much as excitement there was we almost forgot the dress! Michael greeted us at the church for their first look so we took some time to take in the gorgeous foliage on Hoyne Ave. The beautiful fall colors chosen for their Ivy Room reception as well as the smell of fresh rosemary that wafted throughout was absolutely breathtaking. I wish every fall day was as beautiful as this one was!
