Anika and Brad wanted their romantic farm I dos to represent them as a couple, and no amount of rain was going to ruin the best day of their lives. With rich shades of reds and blush, the chic boho decor featured simple floral arrangements, long rustic farm tables and a beautiful open-air barn at Swank Specialty Produce in Florida.

Keep it personal
From the bride: Our vision was a night on the farm with our closest friends and family, amazing food (& donuts!), and memories to last more than a lifetime. Our team of vendors certainly pulled it off, despite the pouring rain - but hey, that’s good luck right? Our favorite restaurant and chef catered the food, my mother made our entire chuppah and wedding cake by hand, and one of our most dearest friends officiated the wedding.
Relax and enjoy your day
I definitely can say with confidence that I wouldn’t have changed a thing! As long as you make your day truly about you and your future hubby, I can assure you’ll feel the same way. Try not to get caught up in what everyone else wants because everyone will have an opinion - just do what you want, it’s your day! Also, don’t sweat the small stuff. It’s inevitable that there will be some kind of hiccup and you just have to let that go!

To stay within our budget, I tried to use a lot of local small businesses or people I found on Instagram and Etsy to get the most bang for our buck. Not only do I love supporting locals, but I’ve always found that they are way more accommodating towards staying within a budget if you let them know right off the bat. We also saved by having a day of coordinator versus having someone throughout the whole process and comparing different company’s prices for rentals.
Dream wedding
Our wedding couldn’t have been more ‘us' and was truly everything we dreamed of. Dancing the night away in an open air barn with my husband will be a memory that I will never forget.
