Equine Wedding at The White Magnolia

The wedding was the complete opposite of their engagement session! It was probably the hottest day of the year but everyone's spirits were high. Their wedding focused a lot on their unique lifestyle. There were lanterns, succulents, saddles, and beautiful floral details.

Cassidy's dress was from Ashley Renee Bridal and she was beautifully styled by Kristi Waldrop.

The White Magnolia

One of my favorite parts of this story has to do with the venue itself. They had been long time friends with a girl named Callie, who for her own wedding a few years ago, built a venue that's been featured just about everywhere. It's called the The White Magnolia and is every Pinterester's dream! She built a farmhouse on her family's ranch that has remained fully booked since they opened.

Cassidy and Ric were so excited to get to be a part of this space and it's unique road to fruition. Cassidy loves classic details so she went with a mix of roses sprinkled with hypericum berries, dahlias, and a lot of greenery.

The ceremony was officiated by her future brother-in-law and featured succulent bouquets for the bridesmaids and the tablescapes were inspired by Ric's love for all things cowboy and her love of beautiful feminine florals.

The cake was an almost naked buttercream frosting cake with a mix of succulents and roses. The groom's cake featured an edible cowboy hat by Clark's Cake and Confections.
