This bride and groom - Inna and Daniel - are nothing short of a couple made up of opposites. Daniel is a heavy metal-loving quarter Frenchman and structured IT guy who occasionally plays his electric guitar and can never resist an ice cream. Inna, on the other hand, is a proud owner of nearly 200 pairs of shoes, an online marketing expert, and a coffee junkie with Moldavian roots and a penchant for spontaneity.Daniel proposed on Valentine's Day with a self-designed ring that included a diamond from his great-grandmother's ring.
The couple designed Inna's wedding band themselves so that it would match, and in the process, included a guitar string from one of Daniel's favorite bands into his so that all of their rings would be one of a kind. This kind of personalization carried right over into the wedding day itself, and you can see all of the incredible photos in the full gallery at the bottom of this page. They even decided to incorporate a bouncy house into their wedding, inspired by their first date in a trampoline hall! Getting Ready
Inna and Daniel's wedding day started with the bride and groom getting ready in a hotel. The groom had whisky and cigars with the groomsmen, and the bride popped a custom-painted bottle of Veuve Clicquot with her bridesmaids, mom, auntie and her best man. While Daniel's groomsmen were helping him with his skull bowtie and cufflinks, Inna's bridesmaids helped her put on her custom dream bridal gown from Adi Shlomo Custom . Her atelier is located in Tel Aviv, and she made all of Inna's dreams come true by sketching and designing the bride's vision of the perfect - and totally unique! - dress.
Before heading to their ceremony, Daniel and Inna exchanged some handwritten letters to each other. The wedding ceremony itself took place in the backyard of the couple's chosen venue - a hunting castle - and it was by far the most emotional part of their wedding day. They had a flower man who ensured a great atmosphere right from the beginning. Their officiant gave a very personalized and emotional speech, while the couple's friends sang songs and the bride and groom exchanged personally-written vows.
The bride - born in Moldova - still has family there and in the Ukraine. Because of the war, only three of her family members were able to attend their wedding. To make sure they felt comfortable, the couple created translations for all the important speeches for them, imported Moldavian brandy for the bar, and included Moldavian folklore in their DJ's playlist. In addition, Inna's aunt gave the blessing during the ceremony.
After the ceremony, the cocktail hour took place in front of the venue. This was the point where the couple began to incorporate their boho-chic style. Besides a truck for drinks, they also had a cheese tower and an ice cream truck.
The bride and groom hosted a seated dinner inside the hunting castle with the main course being cooked live in front of their guests. Dinner was followed by an open bar and a self-tap for beer.
Within the venue itself, they decided on a more elegant decor style with lots of black and gold. The band played Everlong by the FooFighters for their first dance, and Daddy's Little Girl from The Shires for the father-daughter dance.
Another way that Inna and Daniel intensely personalized this special day was through the altar display that had pictures of everybody important to them who - while no longer with them - will forever stay in their thoughts and hearts.
Around midnight, the couple cut their all black cake and opened up their dessert table. When the DJ started his performance, Inna put a contemporary twist on tradition and tossed her bridal bouquet to the boys in attendance.
During the dancing, the couple ended the official wedding event with kebobs delivered right to the dance floor as a late night snack - this gave everyone the energy needed to dance and jump the night away.
"Try to relax! Things go wrong on a wedding day, but this day is not about perfection - it's about the love of two people wanting to spend the rest of their lives together. So, have fun and enjoy this first day of the rest of your lives!" Be sure to view all the images from the gallery.
