From Boutique Weddings: Aviatik, a beautiful Art Nouveau house and apartment in the heart of Prague inspired us for this winter editorial. Recently they reconstructed the building, the force behind it being the owner of Chateau Mcely, Mrs. Inéz Cusumano.
The decoration was taken care of by the brilliant Cool Flowers; they chose a somewhat non-traditional approach, although one that fits the Art Nouveau style just right: shades of navy blue and teal, complemented with honey colours and a touch of blush shades, to soften the overall impression.
Cinolter was the antiquities shop that provided us with some beautiful Art Nouveau jewelry. The cherry on top was a beautiful ring with an almost two-karat diamond, colored Nature fancy orange-brown, and not only that: we also found a stunning Art N. necklace made by a famous Czech jeweler - Marie Křivánková.
The printed matters were taken care of by Manu Kreative, they used handmade paper and a velvet imitation textile that has a luxury feel and has flooded the market nowadays. Naturally, we also had some calligraphic letters thrown into the mix. The main colour was teal and we used raspberry as a complementary color. We then completed the collection with collectors postage stamps.
The cake was made by the talented Kloboučkovic dortíky, who adorned the cake with a detailed and lovely floral motif. They also imitated a stained glass motif, which is also typical for Art N.
