Maddie and Alex's wedding day was filled with special moments, personalized details, and DIY projects to inspire any couple hosting a small, intimate wedding. Their day took place at a family friend's vineyard, Vie Caprice, and they fully embraced this setting in the details of their day. What made this day extra special? The all-black dress code for the groom and guests, which made the bride's stunning, lace wedding dress with detailed straps stand out against the dark backdrop. That same contrast was evident throughout the day, as well, in the bridal bouquet, place settings, and more!

Maddie and Alex's wedding included 30 guests total and was a black-tie event. All male guests wore the same suit from Friar Tux, and the groom wore a custom suit from Art Lewin. The groom's suit even had their wedding date embroidered on the inside of his collar! All female guests wore black gowns. The bride's cathedral-length veil also had their wedding date in roman numerals embroidered on the bottom of the train.
As the ceremony and reception all took place on the vineyard, the ceremony included a wine ceremony where the bride and groom married two wines together during their vows and even had a custom wine glass for the occasion. The reception took place under a canopy of fairy lights (made by the bride's father!) with one long head table where all guests were able to sit together and celebrate. Live music was played by Kevin Miso during both the ceremony and reception, while catering was provided by Pure Joy Catering. It's easy to see through these images just how filled with love this special day was for Maddie and Alex!
