Getting ready at The Grand Galvez
When celebrating your nuptials in Galveston, Texas there's no better venue to get ready than The Grand Galvez. With black and white tile-work, gold gilding, and a dramatic red staircase, this backdrop was perfect for getting dolled up and taking pre-ceremony portraits.
Rita Vinieris wedding dress
Abby's modern and romantic gown is from designer Rita Vinieris, purchased at Lovely Bride Houston.
Black tie bridal party
The couple's bridal party stunned in classic all-black attire, matching the luxurious tone of the day.
Breathtaking church ceremony
For a gorgeous architectural church ceremony, First Lutheran Galveston fit the bill for these lovebirds' "I do's". We adored their timeless newlywed exit on the church steps!
Rockin' museum reception
These newlyweds' reception was a luxurious combination of chic elegance and a rockstar level dance party. The Bryan Museum was such a unique and beautiful space to celebrate with friends and family; the greenhouse style architecture offered a warm and romantic ambiance. To top off the night, Abby blew everyone away with a rockstar glam wardrobe change!
From the photographer, Erika Geier Photography:
"Lisa Hedrick, the mother of the bride and owner of Lisa Hedrick Catering provided the delicious food that just melted in your mouth. They even had monogramed lemon drop martinis. Seriously, every detail was on point and did not go unnoticed. A huge shout out to Jordan with Jolie Planning - her and her team are outstanding and had the day moving so well."
Custom drinkable cocktail toppers
These unique and impressive edible drink toppers are from Scriptivity.
Black and white wedding reception
This black and white reception design by Jolie Planning + Design evoked a luxurious and modern elegance! We especially love the white floral garlands (created by Debbie Bridges) that adorned the long banquet tables.
This stunning textured cake looks to good to cut! Houston based bakery Let There Be Cake crafted this chic masterpiece.
How cool do Abby and Ryan's bridal party look in the Bryan Museum's greenhouse style reception room!
Abby blew everyone away when she changed from her modern gown into this little bit country, little bit rock n' roll jumpsuit! From crowdsurfing to grabbing the mic for a solo performance, these newlyweds kept the party going all night with the Royal Dukes Band.
It wouldn't be a Texas wedding without a little country flair! This bedazzled cowgirl hat and boots perfectly paired with Abby's reception jumpsuit.
Wedding car exit
A classic car and a custom cigar was an exit as cool and classic as this bride and groom. Congrats Abby and Ryan!
