Alex and Josh wanted their design to combine elegant and modern Anthropologie inspired details with an intimate, relaxed Colorado farm setting.
The invitation suite designed and printed by the groom's brother perfectly expressed the couple's vision for the wedding day. They chose an earthy, autumn color palette of dusty blue and marsala with lighter peach accents; a perfect contrast to the beautiful fall colors at the Lyons Farmette.
Loose, flowing, romantic floral provided both bold and soft textures against the bridesmaids' Niagara blue gowns. It was an incredibly windy day and the addition of fur stoles made for a practical and beautiful layer of warmth for the bridal party.
A striking combination of lush floral and crepe paper was the perfect backdrop to the ceremony, reminiscent of an Anthropologie window display.
A dip-dyed ombre fabric seating chart guided guests to their tables, where they were greeted with rustic farm tables and modern geometric wooden place cards.
The atmosphere was kept relaxed and playful with a VW photo booth bus, an ice cream cart, and homemade beers with customized labels by the bride's brother paying homage to the couple's two labradors!
It may have been a windy day, but Alex and Josh never missed a beat in enjoying their day! There was so much love, joy, and laughter; for that reason, it truly couldn't have been more perfect.
