Aly and Zach are high school sweethearts from Puyallup Washington. After College Zach joined the Air Force and Aly moved back to start her career.
Zach proposed to Aly on top of a mountain while snowboarding in the winter of 2011. They were married this spring at Parkland Lutheran Church surrounded by 175 family and friends on a sunny saturday afternoon. The wedding party was transported via “the party bus” from waterfront hotel to the church and then to the reception at the Star center in Tacoma.
The reception got off with a bang with the happy couple being introduced by D.J. Darmony to their favorite Blake Shelton tune. Toasts were given by the best man, matron of honor and the brides dad. It was a festive night with lots of eating, drinking and dancing! The wedding cake was made by a family friend who also made the grooms Coors Light cake. Special attendees included the brides great-grandmother, college friends from Utah, Nevada, and California and the Grooms extended family from Alabama. The bride wore her grandmothers tiara and the groom carried special 4 leaf clover given to him by his grandfather.
