From L. martin Weddings: Ashley and Ryan's smiles throughout their wedding day says it all! Their ceremony was officiated by their pastor and he had the loveliest, thoughtful words for the two of them. You spend the shortest amount of time at the ceremony, but it has the heart of the entire wedding. The Innisbrook Golf Resort has this beautiful grande oak tree where the ceremony took place. They had a wooden cross with floras at the altar and a scripture sign at the beginning of the aisle. All the heartfelt promises said under the swaying moss, get to me every time!
From the Bride: I followed a timeline throughout the whole process so I knew what should be done 6 months prior, 4 months prior, etc. That was so helpful. I would also recommend having your ceremony and reception at one place if you can. We loved not having to worry about going anywhere else. Lastly, remember it is just one day. Through the whole process I had the mindset that my marriage is much more important then this one day. That helped ease the stress and false expectations of a wedding day.
The one thing that went wrong was my dress ripped right before the reception! Yes I know! Crazy. I still don’t really know what happen but it was under my arm so no one really noticed and at that point I didn’t care. I don’t think the dress was poorly made.. It just happened. My bridesmaids tried to pin it and that worked for a short time but I was glad it didn’t happen before pictures or the ceremony.
