Justina and David kept their wedding at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch in St. Helena, California sweet and simple. A clean color palette of white with pops of navy and burgundy added the right amount of color to their modern chic decor styled by ROQUE Events.

From the bride: Leanne Marshall designed my wedding dress. I bought it from her online sample sale website (which I can't seem to find anymore!). I tried on wedding dresses once with my sister in D.C. and once with my (now) sister-in-law in the San Francisco Bay Area and didn't really love any dresses that I tried on. I wanted something clean and simple, and I kept thinking about this dress I'd seen on Leanne's sample sale website. While my sister-in-law and I were driving from the wedding dress appointment back to the house, I bought the dress on my iPhone! The price was a major plus—I spent more on the alterations than on the dress.
Work with vendors that you trust and admire so that you can actually enjoy both the planning process and the wedding day! We went slightly over budget for each of our photographer and wedding planner and we have zero regrets. We wouldn't have enjoyed our wedding day as much without ROQUE's expertise in planning and coordinating, and we're absolutely thrilled with how our wedding photos turned out! Also—create a new email account that's just for wedding business, so you can provide one email account to all your vendors and each of you has access.
We forgot to bring table numbers! ROQUE had, of course, reminded us and I had, of course, forgotten them back at David's parent's house in the South Bay (about 2-3 hours away from the venue). Luckily, Farmstead had hosted an event the night before where the party had left their lovely wooden table numbers. It worked out perfectly!
