Sandra & Anton are such a sweet couple. Both born & raised in Austria, we had the privilege of flying over to capture their intimate family wedding of 40 guests on May 1st, 2010. The ceremony took place at the Parish Ebenthal "Mariahilf", and the reception at Parkvilla Worth on the lake Worthersee. Sandra & Anton were really involved in the making of their rings. They helped the jeweler hammer out the gold and were involved in the whole process, taking photos along the way. They are both going to school for Event Design, so planning their own wedding was something that came second nature. They wanted something sophisticated & beautiful, with a traditional Austrian ceremony. The church was gorgeous. It was built in 1765 & was absolutely baroque in design. They didn't have to do much, only adding sweet gerber daisies to the pews. Each person greeted the couple with a kiss on each cheek after the ceremony. Following that was a toast. They made custom wine bottles, and everyone toasted each other and congratulated the newest happy couple. While the guests drove to the reception, the bride, groom & both sets of parents took a boat across the lake. They arrived to the reception wind blown & happy. The rest of the wedding was planned out to the second. Dinner, toasts, dancing, songs, & fireworks, the party went on until 2:30am. The next morning at breakfast, the bride suggested that she & Anton jump into the lake, for picture's sake. How could we refuse?!
