Amanda and Timmy planned a fun and romantic wedding with their closest family and friends in the heart of beautiful Savannah, Georgia. From their church ceremony, to the cocktail hour in the park and all the way to dinner and games at the Harper Fowlkes House, their day was filled with personal details that represented their love as a couple.
Some of our favorite details include the cute ice cream cart serving up their favorite flavors, and the southern tradition of digging up the bourbon. See their day unfold below, and check out the full gallery for a closer look at their day from Davy Whitener Photography.
Amanda and Timmy put together an intimate wedding for 40 their closest friends and family in Savannah, Georgia. Guests were greeted with the sweetest and most thoughtful gift bag filled with local goodies. Amanda looked stunning in her Calla Blanche gown while Timmy boasted a double-breasted J. Crew suite.
They said "I do" in the beautiful Cathedral of St. John. After, we visited Forsyth Park for classic portraits. Then, a pedicab took Amanda and Timmy to their first dance and cocktail hour were at Pulaski Park. This was entailed ring toss, an ice cream truck, acoustic music, buried bourbon, and more.
Lastly, an intimate seated dinner with harp and violin music at the Harper Fowlkes House. Corn hole, life size jenga, food, and bar were also available for their guests I really love the table centerpieces being an amazing cheese tray by Thrive Catering. Well done to Amanda and Timmy for putting a fun day together... and to Design Studio South for executing everything beautifully.
