A Chic and Contemporary Maui Wedding
Jen and Bryce had a wedding day full of chic details that complemented some of our favorite interior design trends, like creamy neutral tones and modern basket lanterns. We loved that their Hawaiian wedding felt fresh and modern while still maintaining a hint of tropical flair to represent the setting.

Tell us a little about You and Bryce
We were set up by one of his sisters and hit it off immediately. One of the first trips we went on together was Maui which is where we fell in love so it has always been very special to us and that is why we wanted to get married here.
What made your wedding special?
We had the most amazing wedding planner, KED and Co and they made our vision a reality! I loved the way the tent looked! It was so beautiful with greenery and lanterns hanging from the ceiling and stunning florals on each table.
Who designed your dress?
My dress is by Watters and the style is lotus. I wanted something very similar to Carolyn Bessette’s wedding dress which I thought was very elegant and classic.
What types of flowers were in your bouquet?
Lilies of the valley. We truly love the simplicity of the Bride's bouquet paired with the lush greenery throughout the wedding. A perfect combination for a tropical Maui wedding.
Any inspiration behind the tablescape?
We wanted something that felt very classic with a white and greenery-filled floral palette, creamy neutral candles in glass hurricanes but also with beach accents like the name cards/menus that were seashell-shaped with beautiful tassels.
Anything unique during Your ceremony?
The church we got married in wouldn’t let us pick any of the music because they have specific traditional songs they like to play so everything was a surprise but we loved it all.
Was there a signature cocktail?
Just Married Glow (the most refreshing and fun welcome drink) Fresh pressed watermelon cantaloupe and lime agave reposado tequila hawaiian sea salt.
The Golden Goose (our dogs name is Goose, this is a nod to him!) LIlikoi, kaffir lime leaf.
