A destination wedding in the rolling hills of the Roman countryside
Paige and Nick, a couple from California, met through friends at a house party, and later got engaged in NYC. They were engaged for a year and a half while living in Ft. Lauderdale and working as a director at a furniture company and a financial planner. What made their wedding so special was the unique combination of the couple's personalities, alongside the love for each other and the support of their family and friends. And the colorful confetti shower after they said their "I do's" didn't hurt either! They joyously celebrated their beautiful wedding al fresco in the countryside, just outside of Rome, and the leaves started to turn to a beautiful golden hue.
This countryside venue added Roman charm to the naturally romantic atmosphere
Casale del Gallo is a wedding venue located at the doors of Rome, Italy. The venue is nestled in the rolling hills of the Roman countryside and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Getting married at Casale del Gallo is a unique and unforgettable experience, as the venue offers stunning panoramic views of the countryside, as well as charming gardens and picturesque courtyards that provide a perfect backdrop for a romantic outdoor ceremony. The venue itself is a restored farmhouse with rustic stone walls, wooden beams, and traditional architecture that add to the intimate and cozy atmosphere. The venue features a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, with a vine-covered pergola and rustic wooden benches, as well as an elegant indoor reception area that can be customized to suit the couple's vision.
A wedding dress that blended traditional with modern mirrored the couple's event design
Against the stunning autumnal backdrop, the bride and groom exchange their vows in front of family and friends, with the soft scent of flowers and beautiful vintage cars parked nearby, adding a special touch of elegance and nostalgia to the day. The cars were a unique way for the bride and groom to make a memorable entrance, adding to the timeless feel of the occasion. Bride Paige wore a Dany Tabet dress - Dany Tabet is a Lebanese fashion designer who creates stunning wedding dresses that combine traditional elements with modern designs. Paige's dress was made with luxurious fabrics, combined with a delicately embroidered veil that added a touch of glamour and sophistication to the gown. The gown featured a feminine, figure-hugging silhouette made with unique fabrics and textures. It was the perfect choice for a modern bride who wanted a gown that was both luxurious and unique, with a touch of traditional elegance.
Colorful, textured flowers created timeless elegance and touches of drama
The wedding bouquet was made with English roses, chrysanthemums, and amaranth for a stunning combination of classic elegance and modern style. The amaranth, with its deep crimson hue and distinctive shape, provided a beautiful contrast and added a touch of drama to the arrangement. The tablescapes were al fresco covered by a crystal marquee, with rustic centerpieces made of: Zinnia Elegans, Gerbera, Dahlia, Viburnum Farreri, Calamagrostis Acutiflora, and Chrysanthemum Brown. The use of hand-made, clay-backed vases and the kenzan technique for arranging the flowers gave the tablescapes a sense of handmade charm. Overall, the tablescapes created a sense of effortless beauty and natural grace that perfectly complemented the surrounding countryside. Throughout the evening, the sound of clinking glasses and joyful laughter filled the air, as guests raised a toast to the newlyweds.
A prosecco tower added that extra sparkle and sophistication to the reception
For the reception, the couple had a prosecco tower: a stunning and sophisticated way to add some sparkle to the wedding celebration. The Prosecco used in the tower was a high-quality Italian sparkling wine, known for its crisp, fruity flavor and effervescence. Casale del Gallo made a beautiful typical Italian cake for the bride and groom that featured a classic millefoglie pastry. On top of the cake, the bride and groom included an inscription that read, "The Rioses" to celebrate their brand new union. It was truly an exceptional (and delicious!) way to celebrate the newlyweds on this incredible day.
