Wedding inspiration can come from unique ideas or things. Today's shoot is no exception and is inspired by a new rose color, The Purple Mondial. This brightly colored rose is shipped from Ecuador. Urban Daisy Events, the florist and creative visionary, took the rose color and infused it into the entire day from start to finish. If you know flowers, blue/purple is very rare in a fresh floral, and being this was a new color, it was clear that the veri peri shoot had to be planned around it!
Florist 651 Studio & Floral Design has been ordering directly from Ecuador farms, and this particular farm - called Bellevue Roses - recently created this new Peri Purple Rose, and it today's shoot is centered around this bright and happy rose.

Everything about this shoot was inspired by a garden vibe, from the edible butterflies on the drink ledge, the bird cages on the cakes, and the flowers growing and crawling everywhere. A garden trellis was incorporated to represent the doors to the garden they were celebrating in, and the umbrellas were a cheeky nod to the shade needed when in an outside garden.
Tones of veri peri were throughout the florals and table decor. To tie the garden theme throughout, the welcome sign was attached to a garden trellis, and the reception seating chart was inspired by a lattice shape.

Complementing the roses at the bar was a whipped, veri peri drink that included personalized edible drink labels. There were two cakes: 1 wedding cake and 1 groom's cake [both very different, but romantic!].

The bridal gown was embellished with floral appliqués and topped off with beautiful butterfly pearl earrings! Even more special was that the flower girl dresses were all designed and sewn by a local seamstress.
