Bethany & Vicente came to Amanda Holder Events for coordination, and after a couple postponements and a venue change to another county due to COVID, we were happy to bring this one to life for this sweet couple! We ended up at the charming Toca Madera Winery in Madera, CA, nestled in the orchards and grapevines of the Central Valley. Our inspiration was al fresco, as we imagined warm weather, a cool breeze, and beautifully set dinner tables under the stars. And, boy, did we get it!
They also chose a unique, curved ceremony aisle, aligned with the most beautiful floral arrangements, which we repurposed around the edges of the dance floor. It made for a magical grand entrance and first dance!
With rolling vineyards in the background, a sweetheart table, and a cake to die for, it all made for a picture-perfect wedding day for these two lovebirds!
Bethany & Vicente first came to us for wedding coordination for their San Luis Obispo, California wine country wedding. Plans were off to a great start, and then a global pandemic happened. They postponed twice and ultimately had to find a new wedding venue in a neighboring county.This sweet couple ended up at the charming Toca Madera Winery in Madera, California, nestled among the orchards and grapevines of the Central Valley.
Our inspiration was al fresco, as we imagined warm weather, a cool breeze, and beautifully set dinner tables under the bistro lights.The ladies wore neutral blush dresses; the groom wore a formal black tux and the gentlemen wore black suits.Bethany had a vision to walk down a unique, curved ceremony aisle, aligned with the most beautiful white floral arrangements and greenery, white folding chairs and an arch full of florals, all made possible by Kiku Floral.
We repurposed the aisle arrangements around the edges of the dance floor, which made for a magical grand entrance and first dance!For dinner, we set Expo Events and Tents farmhouse tables with gold chairs, chargers, crisp white dinner plates, black knotted napkins and lush floral arrangements and greenery, where guests dined on a delicious plated dinner from The Painted Table Fresno, featuring the bride’s favorite pescatarian dish.
With rolling vineyards in the background, a sweetheart table and a three-tiered cake from Frosted Cakery to die for, it all made for a picture-perfect wedding day for these two lovebirds, all captured flawlessly by Michael Radford Photography.Guests danced the night away under the stars, thanks to the musical stylings of DJ Bowser. A wedding day that won’t soon be forgotten.
